So many parents have a hard time saying good bye to their college kids that schools have made formal parent send off rituals part of their move in weekends.
Sounds like something designed just for me.
The New York Times focused on several schools in this article including Grinnell College in Iowa.
As it turns out I know a young lady who moved in this weekend. Her roommate's parents are STILL THERE two days after the school's official parent parting ceremony.
I promise my daughter I will not be that bad.
